The Rapid Strategy programme is immediate, relevant and leads to action. It is a facilitated process which involves a Board or Management Team taking time out to think and to plan.
It works because we facilitate the Board or Management Team as it
goes through a series of reflective exercises leading to a shared
analysis of the current and future environment faced by the
organisation. More importantly, it establishes a shared vision and
specific goal to drive the organisation over the next few years.
Rapid Strategy uses Balanced Scorecard techniques. It encourages the
Board or Management Team to establish a series of objectives, measures and
actions for the organisation. These can be cascaded down to ensure that all employees are working efficiently,
effectively and collaboratively towards the same end.
